Regal Palm Estates Neighborhood Association is located in Florida City with 177 townhomes and is a private sought-after community consisting of families and long-time residents of Florida City. Our residents are “neighbors” who know each other like in the old days and are involved in the local community.
Residents within this community are offered the use of playground located centrally within the community.
There are good local schools, restaurants, and all the conveniences and comforts of a major City in a small-town feel. The bustling Turnpike is only minutes away along with US-1, which is only 7 minutes away. For the excitement and culture of the City and Miami Beach, it’s only 45 miles north on the nearby highways or scenic drives and for a more relaxing scene, and only about 30 minutes to Key Largo in the Florida Keys.

Summary of CAM Duties
A Community association manager (“CAM”) is a person licensed by the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation to perform “community association management” services for “community associations.” Community associations include mandatory residential homeowners’ associations, condominiums, and cooperatives. CAMs are responsible for executing the governing documents, with the goal to ensure a greater good for the residents. The CAM plays an active role in running the day-to-day activities of the association, assisting with budgeting, and taking care of the common areas. In short, the manager has two primary responsibilities: carry out policies set by the board and manage the association’s daily operations as governed by the Board.
Management Company is Alton Madison Property Mgmt.
Our community is professionally managed by Barbara Puente, LCAM of Alton Madison Property Mgmt., ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the association run smoothly.
